Erykah Badu 16年來首張專輯面世

Erykah Badu 與製作人 The Alchemist 合作的新專輯《Before the World Blows》已發行，這是她自2010年以來首張專輯，收錄16首歌曲。

美國R&B天后Erykah Badu 與著名製作人 The Alchemist 聯手打造的新專輯《Before the World Blows》正式面世，這是Badu 16年來首張完整專輯。

Badu 上一次推出專輯已是2010年的《New Amerykah Part Two (Return Of The Ankh)》，其後她只在2015年發行過混音帶《But You Caint Use My Phone》。去年3月，她透露正與 The Alchemist 合作籌備新碟，並於6月率先推出單曲《Next To You》，但之後一直未有進一步消息。

新專輯《Before the World Blows》共收錄16首歌曲，客串陣容包括 Steve Lacy、Earl Sweatshirt、Thundercat 等音樂人。專輯名稱與曲目編排均展現出兩位音樂人對時代的反思，樂迷期待已久的回歸作品終於正式登場。
